This January, Alisa Weilerstein joins Andrés Orozco-Estrada and the hr-Sinfonieorchester in Frankfurt.

On January 16 & 17, Alisa reprises Thomas Larcher’s Ouroboros with the orchestra, named for the mythical symbol which bites its own tail as a sign of eternal recurrence.

Also on the program is Haydn’s Symphony No. 82 “The Bear,” as well as two pieces by Richard Strauss: his epic and exciting tone poem Don Juan, as well as his suite from the opera Der Rosenkavalier.
