Upcoming Spring Performances


This spring, Alisa Weilerstein presents several livestreamed and in-person concerts featuring solo and chamber music repertoire. On April 8, Alisa joins frequent collaborator pianist Inon Barnatan for a concert featuring Beethoven Cello Sonatas No. 2, 3, and 5 at the Philharmonic Society of Orange County. 

Later, on April 10, La Jolla Music Society presents two in-person, socially distanced concerts featuring Alisa performing Franck’s Sonata in A Major for Cello and Piano and Arensky’s Piano Trio No. 1 alongside Inon Barnatan and violinist Philippe Quint. LJMS presents the concert once more on April 11 via livestream. 

On April 23, the Hopkins Center for the Arts at Dartmouth presents a livestream of Alisa and Inon performing De Falla’s Suite Populaire Espagnole and Rachmaninoff’s Sonata in G minor for cello and piano. 

Later, on May 7, Alisa performs a recital of solo cello repertoire livestreamed by Washington Performing Arts.
